Ephil Australia reserves the right to determine the shipping carrier at its own discretion and cannot accommodate user requests for specific carriers. Once the order is marked as shipped, sufficient delivery time must be allotted to the carrier. We are not responsible for order delays caused by unavoidable events, such as epidemics, weather conditions, mechanical failures, or attempted delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free shipping is available for orders over $400.00. A shipping fee will be charged for any order under $400.00. The shipping cost depends on the specific charging policy of the local freight company. We will ship from the customer's nearest warehouse, and most countries and regions can accommodate the delivery of goods. Typically, your order will be shipped from the Ephil warehouse in Western Australia. Orders will be processed within 3 working days. As it might be a cross-border order, the carrier will deliver the goods to your designated address within up to 10 working days, unless affected by unavoidable events. If you provide incorrect or incomplete shipping information after payment, order processing may be delayed. If we need more information to process your order, you will receive an email from us. Ephil Australia does not assume any responsibility for delayed shipments due to incomplete information.
